Harrisam goes to Maze Mania

The time has come the walrus said.........
to leave old Hervey Bay......
and now we drive to aunty Marg's
to fly out on Monday

but just before we pack our bags
we'll go on more more jaunt....
spend some time having fun
at our favourite Hervey haunt

Maze Mania is the place
It's a great place to par-tay
While mum and dad read the news
And sip upon a latte!

We'll soon be home back in Enzed
happy to be home
Adventure over, to settle down
End of this year's roam.

We've booked a night at nana's place
while mum and dad go out.
and then there's golf for dear old dad
He's survived a ten week drought!

Announcing changes in water restrictions

Due to recent rainfall,

SouthEast Queensland has announced a change from level 7 water restrictions.

Fairisam and Harricane no longer have to share a small bucket of water for bathing.

No visit to "The Wide Bay" is complete without a trip to Fraser Island for a 4WD adventure....

1st step is catching the barge from River Heads to Kingfisher resort

A cross-island jaunt....

A trip down "State Highway 1"

A visit to the Maheno Wreck.....

Admire the view from Indian Heads.....

But really all Harrisam wanted to do was go swimming.....

...make sandcastles at Lake Mckenzie....
