In Harrisam's quest to find the perfect playground, we went to "Old McDonalds" yesterday.

Pros: lots of nooks to explore

Pros: very colourful

Cons: Nowhere for TCM & DDC to sit and drink their lattes.

The search for perfection goes on............

TCM and DDC are currently looking at options for the homeward journey........

Most favoured possibility so far is to send Harrisam ahead by post.....

Life at "The Bay" is nearly 1/2 over but everyone is still having a good time.

The other day, TCM and DDC took Harrisam to a garage sale
and invested in a tricycle for everyone's sanity.....

Hasn't stopped the fighting over whose turn it is tho'

We have also been visiting show homes
to get ideas for designs.......

Harricane thinks it's important
to investigate all aspects of a build....

Harrisam go trainspotting

Last Sunday, Harricane headed off to the Railway Museum

at Ipswitch to do a bit of trainspotting.

Very edu-macational - best part was being able to drive the trains

(in simulators of course - who in their right mind

would let Harricane loose behind the wheel?)

Fairisam's favourite was mat-time where a

wizard told train stories and performed magic tricks.

Both of them liked the playground with a railway track, a port with cranes,

railway signals to play with, a ticket office to sell tickets from.......

and cool vehicles to ride around in......

We really enjoyed coming to visit.

Thank you for spoiling us.

It was great to catch up with the cousins again...

We would like to apologise for Daddydaycare's kleptomaniac tendencies......

and will return your fridge magnets at some stage......

In the meantime, we will keep them safe....

Dear Aunty Ailsa

Sorry to hear that you have been sick.

Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Mum says that after an operation you need fart a lot.

We hope Uncle Ken is standing by to

pull your finger whenever necessary.

On the weekend, we went to Brisbane to visit Margaret.

Of course, we had to stop in at Australia Zoo again....

TCM and DDC got so tired of us running away all the time

That they decided to put us in a cage with a really big lizard..

Harrisam get cooking

To fit in with Australian culture

(and the frying pan was too small),

we have invested in a BBQ so that

Daddydaycare can take over meal prep

from The Catering Manager while she is at work.

The only issue has been DDC's choice of hydration fluid.

"Piss a la weasel" according to DDC.

Unfortunately has a large box of them to consume before
being allowed to buy new supplies.....
